Final Segment of Loudoun County Parkway Opens North-South Route

STERLING, Va.: Today, state and local officials cut the ribbon for the last 1.5-mile segment of Loudoun County Parkway that completes a full north-south route within the County. Delegate John J. Bell (D – Loudoun) said of the opening:

“I’m proud to stand here today with so many of you who have worked hard to make the Loudoun County Parkway a true north-south connector of the County. Transportation will always be a top priority for me – I work hard in Richmond and at home so that you and I can spend more time with our loved ones every day. Thanks so much for everyone’s hard work, and let’s continue to make Loudoun County a great place to be.”

The segment is set to open to traffic tonight.
