RICHMOND, Va.: Delegate John J. Bell (D – Loudoun) has been endorsed and named a Reproductive Health Champion by NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia.
“No one should stand between a Virginian and his or her doctor. The sometimes heart-wrenching decisions made in those offices should remain private,” said Delegate Bell. “The constitutional right to reproductive health care options is being attacked daily in the General Assembly, and I’m proud to stand with my other pro-choice colleagues to defend that access in the Commonwealth.”
“NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia is proud to endorse and support strong pro-choice candidates for state office who will represent our values,” the organization said in a press release. “We know we can count on the following candidates to stand up to attacks on reproductive freedom in the General Assembly, and to work to both protect and expand Virginians' access to reproductive health care.”
Delegate John J. Bell is a 26-year Air Force veteran serving his first term in the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 87th District in Loudoun and Prince William Counties.
